Business Times wants quick reporting, with Tweetphotos! (Friendster purchased by Malaysia's MOL)

They credit it and all, which is very goodhttp://tweetphoto.com/6140234 "All the news that's fit to print" eh? Wonder what it will be like in their printed copy... Of course, its funny to note that Malaysia's Business Times has a scoop on something before TechCrunch has (a lot said QQ was buying it, I predicted MOL [or another local firm YTL]). Or is it because everyone's at Le Web and its an odd time to make an announcement? Or does Friendster not matter any longer? P/S: they have cool graphing engine stuff going on with MySQL in the back end. As an aside...
In other news, Malaysia's Business Times website was one of the first to embrace Google FriendConnect. With 804 friends already, they're now trying to push their Facebook page (321 fans now). I have a feeling that in time, the Page will replace FriendConnect (but we'll save that discussion for another time)
